  • Salary Pay $55-$65,000 based on experience and certifications
  • Bonus opportunities based on performance
 
Team Qualifications (Requirements):
  • Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude

  • Ability to lead others from diverse backgrounds
  • Prior Project Management experience
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Great with communication
  • Desire to continually learn new things
 
Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage Reconstruction projects from initial call to completion of the project.
  • Oversee projects from contract signing until job is completed.  
  •  Completes all walkthroughs.
  • Collects selections (examples: flooring, lights, doors, trim etc.), creates project timeline, completes “punch list.” 
  • Manages In house Carpenters & Subcontractors on the jobs and schedules repairs. 
  • Orders from Vendors 
  • Manages anywhere from 25 to 45 Jobs at a time (small, medium & large)
  • Review all jobs and make sure they are fully complete before handing them off, all work and scope completed to customer satisfaction, signed COS (Certificate of Satisfaction), collecting final payment when insured has all funds.
  • Responsible for revenue, profit margin, and customer satisfaction 
  • Recruit subcontractors.
