Restoration Project Manager (RPM) Job Description
- Manage restoration projects for residential and commercial properties post-fire or flood.
- Oversee renovation, budget control, and communication with owners and subcontractors.
- Build trust-based relationships, lead teams, and ensure project completion to industry standards.
- Meet sales, gross margin, and brand experience goals.
- Track project metrics bi-weekly.
- Confirm budgets and work orders before project start.
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Build relationships with customers and vendors.
- Participate in community events to enhance partnerships.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Construction project management experience preferred; training provided for motivated candidates.
- Self-motivated, thrives in high-performance environments, and enjoys working with clients and tradespeople.
- Base commission: $50,000–$100,000 annually, based on project production (no earning cap).
- Company vehicle, gas reimbursement, cell phone, and computer provided.
